Deposit Limits, Wagering Limits, Loss Limits and Reality Checks

Standard Account Closure

Should you wish to take a break from gambling, whatever the reason may be (except in situation of gambling problems, where the self-exclusion option should be utilized as illustrated further down), we offer you to close/freeze your account with us. To close your account, please contact our Customer Support. A standard account closure means that your account can be reopened at any time, upon request. Self-exclusion

We provide a self-exclusion facility which can be activated by contacting Support. For players from the UK and playing under the UK jurisdiction, Self-exclusion means that your account will remain closed for a minimum period of 6 to 12 months (extendable, for one or more periods of at least six months by contacting customer support via support@casinocruise.com.) Prior to confirming a self-exclusion request, you will be provided with information regarding the consequences of self-exclusion. Should you decide to self-exclude, we encourage you to consider extending your self-exclusion to other remote gambling operators where you have an active account. Any undetermined bets at the time of your self-exclusion will be settled in the normal way, according to the normal timescales and, if subsequently applicable, winnings will be paid out. Any self-exclusion cannot be undone during the agreed self-exclusion period and your account will not be reactivated under any circumstances during the exclusion period. For players outside the UK, you can request a Self-Exclusion period of anytime up to 5 years. Should you want to terminate this period; a cool off period of 7 days will apply.

To reopen your account after the Self-exclusion has expired a written request must be submitted to support@casinocruise.com in which our Customer Support team will help you return to the website with our standard procedure.

For additional information about how we treat self-exclusion such as potential closure of other accounts on sites managed and operated by the license holder, please visit the Terms and Conditions. As per our licence obligations you will be automatically excluded from other websites managed or operated by us on which you have registered. This will occur no later than 24 hours after your initial self-exclusion request has been received by us. During the period of self-exclusion, it will NOT be possible to reopen the account and any request to do so will automatically be rejected. You will also be removed from all Marketing Material.
