b) Proof of payment – (According to your payment method)
❖ Credit card: A clear picture of both sides (front and rear) of a credit card showing the expiration date, the name of the owner, 6 first and 4 last numbers of the card. (All the edges of the card must be visible and not cut). The rear side must be signed by the card owner. See an example here
❖ E-Wallets: Skrill / Neteller - A screenshot from the player’s personal E-Wallet account (Settings -> Personal info) with the name and the email of the player/ ID number visible (usually in the upper right corner of a web-page). See an example here
❖ Bank statements: Trustly / Entercash - A screenshot from an online bank account with the number of a bank account and the name of the player visible or a PDF version/a picture of a physical copy of the bank statement (the account number, the name of the bank and the name of the player must be visible).
❖ Proof of transactions:
▪ Euteller / Sofort - A screenshot from the player’s online bank account or a PDF version/a picture of a physical copy of the bank statement with the transaction made to the casino (Worldpay AP Limited for Sofort and Euteller OY for Euteller) and his name visible.
▪ Pugglepay (Zimpler) - A screenshot from the player’s personal Zimpler account or with a PDF file downloaded from www.zimpler.com with the name of the player and the transactions made to casino visible (including the dates).
❖ Prepaid card: Paysafecard - A screenshot from player’s personal Paysafecard account with the account number and the transaction made to the casino/a voucher (receipt) with a PIN number, the amount of the deposit and the date of the deposit.
c) Proof of address: one of the following:
❖ Bank statement or bank letter
❖ Official monthly utility bill (water, electricity, energy, mobile, TV and internet, newspaper and magazine subscription, gas bills) See an example here
❖ Salary statement
❖ Tax bill (including vehicle tax)
❖ Any formal letter received from an official organization
❖ Rent agreements (only with official organizations)
❖ Proof of insurance payments
PDF versions/clear pictures of physical copies of the documents that are not older than 3 months (not screenshots). Promotional letters, personal letters, all types of one-time invoices and bills from stores will not be accepted as proof of address. A picture must show a full page with all the edges of the document visible. The document in the picture must be big enough (preferable are pictures that are more than 100 KB size).
